Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to residents of UK, aged 16 and over, except employees of Lunar and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements.
3. Entry Period: Entries will be accepted online starting from 15/08/2023 and ending 15/09/2023. All entries must be received by 15/09/2023 at 23:59.
4. How to Enter: As detailed in the giveaway post, entrants must Follow our account and Tag a friend. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
5. Prizes: The Winner(s) will receive a pair of Travis Scott Olive Green Jordans 1. Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Lunar. Should we for any reason fail to source an exact size, winner will receive a cash equivalent.
6. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by random drawing under the supervision of Lunar. The winner will be notified within 2 days following selection Lunar shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices.
7. Rights Granted by You: By entering this content, You understand and agree that Lunar, anyone acting on behalf of Lunar, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, and use for any media, your entry, name, picture, etc., for news, publicity, and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
8. Terms & Conditions: Lunar reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway should a virus, bug, or any unforeseen situation corrupt or affect the administration of the giveaway.
