1. Sent straight from Seller to Buyer

As a Buyer, you may find that many items are not worth the verification, which is completely fine. Even then, we will ensure all tracking info is available from the moment we send the postage labels to the Seller; that way you can keep an eye on your items 👀

Our Guarantee and Verification Service is designed to offer you, the buyer, a 100% assurance that the products you purchase are genuine. We meticulously verify each item before it's sent to you, ensuring that what you receive matches your expectation in quality and authenticity.

In the rare event that you receive an item that you believe is not genuine, we are committed to making it right. You must raise the issue within 10 days of receiving the goods, with the tags still intact, and we will offer a 100% refund along with some compensation for the inconvenience. Your peace of mind is our utmost priority, and our guarantee service underscores this commitment.

For insurance claims, you must fill in a claim form which you will receive after raising the issue with us. Please raise any issue within the first 2 days of incident occourence in order for us to deal with the matter.
